Wholesale Pricing: All wholesale pricing for patterns, workbooks and CD’s are 50% off of retail. Wholesale pricing does not apply to any other products.

 Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 12:00 pm to 8 pm CST (excluding holidays)

 Flat Rate Shipping: $10.00 (Shipping in continental U. S.only)

We ship USPS Priority on all orders. Most orders will ship within 48 hours except on weekends.
International shipping is available, pricing will be determined prior to shipping orders. 

Rush Orders: Next Day and Second Day are available at additional cost.

Payment Options:  We accept, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. Payments can be accepted over the phone, please have your 16 digit card number, expiration date, 3 digit security number and billing zip code.  We also offer an invoice through Square Merchant, sent to your email or PayPal. Orders will not be processed until the invoice is paid.

Refunds: We do NOT refund any copyrighted patterns, workbooks or CD’s.  All other products are on an individual bases. There is a 15%

restocking fee for all approved returns.

Catalogs: We do publish catalogs four times a year. We’d be happy to sent you a .pdf file.
