Wholesale pricing: All vendors (this includes but not limited to certified instructors, quilt stores, online stores, show vendors and anyone who is has an active wholesale account with designs by tana.) Will receive 50% off current retail pricing of all in stock products. Prices are subject to change on new arriving merchandise.
Minimum orders: New customers must order a minimum of $200.00 to open an account. In order to keep your account open, we require that you purchase a minimum of $500.00 annually. All additional orders must have a minimum of $100.00. This includes patterns, workbooks, art supplies and notions.
Western Denim & Dirt fabric: We do sell our fabric to our vendors, however until Blank Quilting Corp. warehouse is out of stock, we cannot sell at a wholesale pricing. Once the fabric is sold out we will sale it at 45% off our retail price with free shipping and insurance.
CD’s: All CD orders must have a minimum of six identical, to receive wholesale pricing.
Payment: All payments are due when ordering. Credit card payments are processed on the day before the order is shipped. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.
Business checks are accepted on established purchase order (PO) accounts only. Insufficient fund checks or checks returned for any reason, fee is $40.00 per item. Must be paid within fourteen business days.
Shipping: We ship all orders by United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail service with insurance. Orders under $200.00 shipping fee is $10.00 per order. Orders over $200.00 ship free. Expedited shipping is available at an additional charge.
Order cancellations: We ship orders Monday through Friday. If an order is cancelled prior to shipping, there is a 15% restocking fee.
Return policy: There are NO REFUNDS on any copyrighted and/or licensed products, including all patterns, workbooks and other prints. All other merchandise must be in its original package and unopened or used.
All refunds are subject to a 15% restocking and merchant service fee. Purchaser is responsible for any shipping cost.
Damage or incomplete shipment: For all shipping damages, a claim will be filed with USPS. Purchaser must sent photos as soon as the order is received. Photos must clearly show the extent of damage, so the case may be filed.
Once documented proof has been received, items damaged will be replaced by designs by tana.
Custom orders: All custom orders require a deposit of 50% at the time of the order.
Other policies: Bulk discounts, when ordering 12 identical items ask about bulk discount on that item. Prices will vary at the time of purchase and all items must be in stock, future or out of stock items are not allowed.
Pre-orders: Pre-orders are accepted on promotional or new arriving merchandise. All orders will be charged the day before the order ships.
